Dirty, contaminated food and water cause poisonous food. These contaminated foods can contain various germs, bacteria, toxins, pesticides, or fungi that act as the causative agent of food poisoning or food borne illnesses. Tracking five germs are the most common food poisoning agents:

  • Salmonella (found in meat, eggs and dairy products).
  • Norovirus (found in fruits, oysters and vegetables).
  • Staphylococcus (found in animal products like eggs, cream, and milk).
  • Colostrum infringements (found in poultry and meat) and
  • Cyanobacteria (found in contaminated water and under cooked meat).

The most common symptoms of food poisoning include nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea.

Emergency Medical Help in Food Poisoning?

  • If it doesn’t pass within 48 hours
  • you haven’t urinated in 12 hours
  • have a sustained fever of 103F or you feel that your condition hasn’t improved

There are some natural ways from which you can treat food poisoning:

  1. Drink plenty of water as it will feel up rehydration caused by vomits or loose motion.
  2. Try eating veggies and apple best for bloating.
  3. Use apple cyder vinegar Add 1 tbsp. of apple cyder vinegar in glass of water and gulp it will deal with food poisoning
  4. Eat banana it will feel your major electrolytes.
  5. Drink honey and water (PS: lukewarm water)
  6. Better avoid food for a day eat just greens, fruits, and water.
  7. Next day eat lighter food like khichadi, Dal rice, upma etc.
  8. Ps: Take a glass of water add a pinch of salt and 1 spoon of sugar and gulp it (Do this now itself) It will give you necessary energy.
